These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dhandha Dheko service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Dhandha Dheko is a cloud-based business management platform providing billing, inventory, GST compliance, reporting, and AI-powered tools for Indian MSMEs.
2. Subscription & billing
The Service is offered on the following monthly plans:
- Starter — ₹149 / month
- Growth — ₹499 / month
- Enterprise — ₹1,499 / month
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment partner.
3. User account & responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful handling of all data you enter, including customer and supplier information.
- You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST and tax laws, when using the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Service or other users' accounts.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Dhandha Dheko. Data you enter remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhandha Dheko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
